 A typical residential fence takes 1 to 4 days depending on size to build, however we will schedule you for a specific week. Between Monday and Friday of that week your fence will be installed, unless weather changes the schedule. You can count on us being there when you are scheduled for fence installation. If you have particular needs as to the day of installation, we can typically work with you providing we do not have any other requests for that week already. 

Absolutely! While South  Effiserver  doesn’t require it for the fencing industry,  Effiserver  Fence Company maintains Worker’s Compensation (to protect our team) and General Liability insurance (to protect your property). As a homeowner, it’s essential to work with contractors who carry these coverages. They offer crucial protection for you, your family, and your home in case of any unforeseen accidents. We’re happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request.

 The installation process begins with setting the posts in cement. For smaller fences, framing and finishing may be completed the same day. For larger projects, our crew will return to complete the installation the following day. Our installers are committed to professionalism and are not permitted to smoke while on your property, ensuring a clean and respectful work environment. They will also remove anything they bring onto your property. At  Effiserver  Fence Company, our goal is to enhance your property, leaving only the dirt from the post holes behind. 

 If your property lines are not clearly visible,  Effiserver  Fence Company will use a metal detector and a copy of your plat to locate the property pins in the ground. Accurate marking of property lines is essential for proper fence placement. Some homeowners choose to mark their property lines and decide on the fence location themselves.

 The week before your scheduled fence installation,  Effiserver  Fence Company will contact PUPS to mark your underground utilities. Although most utilities are typically located in front yards, we arrange this to ensure safety. PUPS will mark lines for cable, telephone, electric, and gas. While these lines are marked, accidental cuts can still occasionally happen. If you notice any utility issues after installation, please let us know right away, and we’ll arrange for immediate repairs.
